Issue

When using Lotus 123 version 5 for Windows and clicking Range/Version, the Main123w window will be displayed with the following error:

"An error has occurred in your program. To keep working anyway, click Ignore and save your work in a new file. To quit this program, click Close. You will lose information that you entered since your last save." with two buttons - Close and Ignore.

Procedure

Click "Ignore" a few times and a window displaying the following information will appear:

"This program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down. If the problem persists, contact the program vendor." With two buttons - "Close" and "Details". Click "Details". The following information is displayed:

"MAIN123W caused a general protection fault in module S3_3.DRV at 0001:0000197b" SOLUTION:

Install a newer version of the S3 display driver, (4.10.01.3303-5.01.12) This driver is available on the Toshiba web site.
