The first Toshiba notebook computer models with SD (Secure Digital) memory card slots (noted above in the Applicable Models list) support SD memory cards up to a maximum capacity of 1GB.

Newer models, including but not limited to the Tecra M2 and M3, also support SD cards of at least 2GB capacity.
