Some THRiVE 10" tablets were shipped with an Android platform build that is incompatible with the email hot key button on the TOSHIBA Wireless Keyboard.
- Resolution
Update the platform to the 3.1.01.5.0032 or higher build. Next, perform a tablet Factory data reset to complete the process. The THRiVE 10" tablet will then be ready to "pair" to the TOSHIBA Wireless Keyboard.

Section 4 - Backing up personal data on TOSHIBA tablets running the Android platform Back to top
There are several ways to back up data on TOSHIBA tables running Android. Users can go out the internet and select any number of "services" that will allow them to save data out to "the cloud" (internet servers,) for free in some cases and in others for a fee.
This section will focus exclusively on backing up data to physical devices, specifically SD Cards or USB storage device (USB memory sticks, Hard Drives, etc.)
- Place either an SD Card or a USB storage device into the appropriate slot (see Fig. 11).
