Issue

On 3D enabled models the message below "3D Experience Requires 3D Enabled TV and Player" when attempting to play the Blu-ray 3D movie is displayed.

Resolution

In order to play Blu-ray 3D movies, the display driver 8.17.12.5735 or greater and the WinDVD BD for TOSHIBA Player Enhancement are required.

Download and install the appropriate display driver, and the WinDVD BD update from the lists below. These components support Blu-ray 3D.

Note: The display driver & WinDVD BD hyperlinks below are for the latest versions available as of 7/21/10.

1. nVidia Display Driver version 8.17.12.5735 or higher (Install First) 

1. nVidia Display Driver for Windows 7 64-bit

2. nVidia Display Driver for Windows 7 32-bit

To determine if your Computer is running a 32-bit or 64-bit Operating System:

1. Click Start, right-click on Computer, then select Properties.
2. Check the System type, as shown in the red box below.
