This application allows your computer to automatically search for TOSHIBA software updates or other alerts from TOSHIBA that are specific to your computer system and its programs. When enabled, this application periodically transmits to our servers a limited amount of system information required to perform these updates or alerts. This feature is enabled by default.

Installation Instructions

Download and save this file to a convenient location such as the Windows Desktop.
Save all work in progress and close open applications.
Double-click the downloaded file TC00398200D.exe to start the installation.
Press the Start button at the Toshiba Archive Extractor window.

Press Yes if a User Account Control message is displayed.

If Toshiba Service Station 2.1.14 is applied successfully, the message below will be shown.
