Q. You receive an error message when entering your model number into a model search box on support.toshiba.com.

A. Possible cause are:

  • You do not have a model from approriate region
    This site only supports models from the Americas (excluding Brazil),Australia, or New Zealand region. If you have a model from Europe, Brazil, Africa, or any other region beyond what is listed, please select the support site for your region.

  • You have a customized laptop model
    A customized model contains components that were chosen by you at the time of purchase (i.e. amount of memory, size of hard drive, type of processor, etc.).  Customized laptops can only be bought directly from Toshiba’s online store.
    If you have a customized laptop, always use the model part number when searching for it on the support site.   The model part number is the number that starts with a “P” on the bottom of your laptop (i.e. PSCF6U-0EF09J).

Q. After entering a model number there are no drivers available

Q. Nothing happens after selecting "download" to download a driver

A. If nothing happens when you click to download the driver, please locate and check for the .exe file in your Downloads folder.  Depending on your browser settings, the .exe file may not pop up when the download button is clicked.
