Some DVD's won't play on your DVD Player.

Issue

DVD Player is stuck on "Loading" screen, won't play, or displays an error message.

Resolution
  1. Check the back of the DVD case. There will be a small wire-frame globe with a number in it. This tells you the region code. Is that number 1 or does it say all?

    1. Yes, then it is the correct region code.
    2. No, the disk is the wrong region code and will not play.
  2. Copied discs
    1. –R/RW, the disc will play.
    2. +R/RW, the disc will not play in this unit.
  3. Please make sure that the disc is clean and has no scratches. If the disc does seem dirty, try cleaning it with a soft, dry cloth.
  4. If the discs are the correct type and region code, please reset the unit by unplugging it from the wall for 2-3 minutes.
