
Ejecting a VCR Tape that is stuck

To eject a stuck VCR tape try the following:
- If you are unable to eject the tape from the VCR, turn the VCR off and then unplug the power cord.
- Leave the VCR unplugged for 2-3 minutes. This will allow the VCR to reset itself.
- Once the 2-3 minutes has passed, please plug the VCR back in and try to eject the tape again.
- If the tape will still not eject, please call 1-800-631-3811 to find the nearest Toshiba authorized service station in your area for service. Please be advised that your unit is no longer under the manufacturer warranty and there will be a fee to have it repaired.
